Recreational boats master's license course in Lassdive nautical academy

Come and get the recreational boats master's license in the most impressive place on the coast near Barcelona! There is no need to have any degree or previous experience!

The recreational boats master's license allows the government of recreational boats of up to 15 meters long with the engine power suitable for this length, jet ski with no power limit, as long as the navigation is done in an area between the coast and the line drawn parallel to 12 miles, as well as inter-island navigation in the Balearic and Canary Islands.

The course consists of a theory part explaining and working the concepts of nautical nomenclature, mooring and anchoring elements, safety at sea, legislation, beaconing, the Convention on the International Regulations for Preventing Collisions at Sea (COLREGs), maneuvering and navigation, emergencies at sea, meteorology, theory of navigation and navigation charts. 

The duration of the theory part depends strictly on the study time spent by the student in order to assimilate all the knowledge to be able to pass the official theory examination of the Administration.

And on the other hand, the course it is also made up of a practical part consisting of 16h of safety and engine navigation practices in an homologated boat and 12h of radiocommunications practices.

At Lassdive nautical school you can also complete the basic recreational boats master's license assignments with the following complementary attributions:

· Sailing, doing 16 hours of sailing practices.

· Government of boats up to 24 meters long and navigation between the peninsula and the Balearic Islands, doing a 24-hour practice of continuous navigation.

Lassdive nautical academy teaches courses at its l'Escala and l'Estartit facilities, so the sailing practices in a sailboat are in front of the Medes Islands and the Montgrí coast.
