SSI FREEDIVING ASSISTANT INSTRUCTOR COURSE IN THE COSTA BRAVA
The SSI Freediving Assistant Instructor course lasts six days and prepares you to conduct pool-level freediving courses, known as Pool Freediver.
To access this course, you need:
- To be a Freediver and have the specialties of Training Techniques and React Right.
The courses you can teach once you've passed this instructor course are:
- Try Freediving
- Basic Freediving
- Pool Freediving

The SSI Freediving Instructor course lasts 9 days and prepares you to conduct freediving courses up to the Freediver level, so you can teach all entry-level freediving courses.
To access this course, you need:
- To be an Advanced Freediver and have the specialties of Training Techniques and React Right.
The courses you can teach once you've passed this instructor course are:
- Try Freediving
- Basic Freediving
- Pool Freediving
- Freediver
This course includes theory sessions, practice in a pool and/or confined waters, and open water depth practice sessions.
SSI ADVANCED FREEDIVING INSTRUCTOR COURSE IN THE COSTA BRAVA
The SSI Advanced Freediving Instructor course lasts 9 days and prepares you to conduct freediving courses up to the Advanced Freediver level.
To access this course, you must meet one of the following requirements:
- Be a Performance Freediver or equivalent and have the specialties of Training Techniques and React Right.
- Be an SSI Freediver level instructor or equivalent from any other organization recognized by RSTC.
The courses you can teach once you've passed this instructor course are:

- Basic Freediving
- Pool Freediving
- Freediver
- Advanced Freediver
This course includes theory sessions, practice in a pool and/or confined waters, and open water depth practice sessions.
SSI PERFORMANCE FREEDIVING INSTRUCTOR COURSE IN THE COSTA BRAVA
The SSI Performance Freediving Instructor course lasts 3 days and prepares you to conduct freediving courses up to the Performance Freediver level.
This is an Up-Grade type course, and to access it, you must meet the following requirement:
- Be an SSI Advanced Freediver level instructor or equivalent from any other organization recognized by RSTC.
The courses you can teach once you've passed this instructor course are:

The SSI Freediving Basic Instructor Trainer course lasts 3 days and prepares you to certify Basic Freediving Instructors.
To access this course, you must meet the following requirement:
- Be an SSI Advanced Freediver level instructor or equivalent from any other organization recognized by RSTC.
The courses you can teach once you've passed this instructor course are:

- Basic Freediving
- Basic Freediving Instructor
This course includes theory sessions, practice in a pool and/or confined waters, and open water depth practice sessions.
SSI FREEDIVING INSTRUCTOR CROSSOVER COURSE IN THE COSTA BRAVA
The SSI Freediving Instructor Crossover course lasts 3 days and prepares you to become an SSI Freediving Instructor at the level equivalent to your current certification.
To access this course, you must meet the following requirement:
- Be a freediving instructor from any other organization recognized by RSTC.
The courses you can teach once you've passed this instructor course depend on the equivalent level in the organization you come from.
This course includes theory sessions, practice in a pool and/or confined waters, and open water depth practice sessions.
SSI FREEDIVING INSTRUCTOR COURSES IN EMPURIABRAVA, COSTA BRAVA, GIRONA
At Lassdive, we provide all freediving training at our freediving center in Empuriabrava, in the heart of the Costa Brava, Girona.
The depth sessions of our freediving courses take place in the Cap de Creus Natural Park, with depths of up to -70m.
