Did you decided to take your first big step? You have made a very good decision. Start in freediving is much more than a mere choice of an activity to perform. Outdoor sport, nature, flora and fauna, adrenaline, overcoming your own challenges ... Free diving is all this and more with Freedive l’Estartit.
Our first step together will be study freediving's physics and physiology. We will take our time to understand and root this basic knowledge. Once we have them internalized we can investigate the different techniques of breathing, relaxation and concentration, which you will see that are fundamental for good performance and execution of this sport.
We will undertake the next step. We will delve into the study of safety procedures, essential for good practice and development of all freedivers. We will learn and we will be aware of all the problems that can happen to us inside and outside water surface.
We will take all the knowledge learned and internalized to practice! We will familiarize ourselves with them in the swimming pool practices and perfect them in the big blue.
