Do you want to take another step? That excitement that runs through your veins as you read that we are going on our next freediving-adventure together, sure it brings goosebumps all over your body!? Having done the freediving course for beginners, you have stayed curious. We warn you about how addictive is this sport! We are going to remedy those anxieties with a good dose of adrenaline and fun while reaching new goals. Freedive l'Estartit does not disappoint.
To get off to a good start this new stage, you must have the Freediving Level 1 certificate with you and at least six registered dives. Controlled, right? Well, then we can immerse ourselves in this new adventure!
We will start talking about some themes that will sound familiar to you, the physics and physiology that surrounds freediving. But this time we will deepen and expand concepts and knowledge to understand new techniques, such as Free Fall. In our pool practices we will perfect the techniques learned in level 1, we will achieve a Static (STA) of 2'30 “ and we will reach 50m long in Dynamic (DYN) modality. And in the ope sea practices we will descend using Free Falling technique, reaching a depth between 20 and 30 meters. We have no limits. Together we will achieve the unattainable.
