Freediving Level 2 Course

Freediving Level 2 course, advanced freediving, is for those who wants get deeper on the freediving knowledge and to improve the swimming pool and depth freediving techniques.

To enroll in this course is necessary to be certified as a Frediver Level 1 and to have a minimum of 6 freediving logged sessions.

During the Freediving Level 2 course we do theory, practice in the swimming pool and practice in the sea. During the theory we will get deeper in the physics and the physiology about the freediving. Thanks to this new knowledge we will be able to learn new freediving techniques, such as the free falling (one of the most amazing feelings in freediving). During the practice sessions in the swimming pool we will improve the techniques from the Level 1 (STA and DYN) and, once in the sea, we will practice the new Free Falling techniques.

The goal of the course will be to achieve a Static (STA) of 2'30'', a Dynamic freediving (DYN) of 50m long and a Constant Weight freedive (CWT) between 20 and 30 meters of depth.

The Freediving Level 2 course has a duration of 3 days.

Finishing this course meeting all the requirements will give you the opportunity to access the freediving specialty courses of Monofin, Dynamic No Fins (DNF), Training Tables, Free Immersionn (FIM), Freediving Techniques for Selective Underwater Spearfishing, Variable Weight freediving (VWT) and Constant Weight with no fins (CNF), besides letting you access the Freediving Level 3 course.
