We start a new freediving course in our center of l'Estartit, at the heart of Costa Brava

They don't know what it is expecting for them...they have never tried freediving and they are going to end the course being passionate about this sport, for sure!

They have done the theory session and are going to start the practices in the swimming pool and sea.

Good luck to the new students! The weather has improved here in l'Estartit, Costa Brava, Girona and we are sure that they will get all the requests of the SSI course.
