Freedive l’Estartit – Lassdive offers a freediving course during a live aboard trip in the Illes Columbretes, from september 19th to 21st.
The freediving course will be done in the Natural Reserve of Illes Columbretes, and it will be run by an SSI freediving instructor from the school Freedive l’Estartit – Lassdive.
The course structure will be as follows:
Friday 19
Meeting at 9:30h in the Real Club Náutico de Castellón
10:00h: Presentation in the boat CASAMAR DOS
11:00h: Course start. Theory lesson.
13:30h: Lunch.
16:00h: Practice in swimming-pool.
20:30h: Diner.
Saturday 20
Leaving harbor at 8:30h to Islas Columbretes.
11:00h: Practice in the sea.
13:00h: Lunch.
15:00h: Practice in the sea.
18:00h: Island visit.
20:00h: Theory lesson.
21:00h: Diner.
Sunday 21
08:00h: Breakfast.
09:00h: Practice in the sea.
12:30h: Practice in the sea.
14:30h: Lunch.
15:30h: Trip back to harbor.
18:30h: End of course and services.
Prices of the live aboard, all included, are:
545€ in single bed
495€ in double bed
