Well, instead of starting with a Level 1, Level 2, Level 3 (or the Dynamic No Fins and Training Tables specialties) and the Stress & Rescue freediving specialty to gain access to the Level 1- 2 freediving instructor course, in Freedive l'Estartit you can do the Basic Instructor course without having to take any freediving course before!

What better place to pass the course requirements? You can swim the 800 meters with the snorkel equipment, make the 50 meters dynamic with bi-fins and the 2 minutes static with the Castle of Montgrí behind you, you will be able to go 5 meters deep close to Medes Islands and l'Estartit coast or do the rescue exercises in the most envied corner of Costa Brava.
