This time we have chosen the waters of the coast of Begur to hold a course an SSI Specialty Free Immersion freediving course.
In Freedive l'Estartit we know that all the corners of Costa Brava have something special and we want you to discover them all doing what you like the most, freedive!
An opportunity to know the underwater world with the newest training and techniques of this sport and the confidence of our expert instructors in this discipline. We have done the theory session in the classroom first and then we have gone alltogether to the water to put into practice these techniques to which we referred.
What is the Free Immersion Specialty? It is to descend only with the help of the hands using a rope and without using the legs. This allows to control and make the descent progressive and therefore more relaxed.
This specialty is one of the most practiced and most appreciated. In addition the support and guidance of our instructors will make you feel totally safe in the water and don't doubt that they will correct you until you reach the perfection of any movement.
Don't worry about the depth you achieve, you mark yourlimits, but surely with the help of the techniques learned, you will be surprised how far you can go!
