The Mediterranean Sea is one of the most biologically diverse, it contains about 17,000 species described to date. And the Costa Brava is one of the most privileged areas, with a diversity of life and very particular underwater landscapes.
During the dives you can find a wide variety of underwater life such as groupers, different types of sea bream, octopus, barracudas, lobsters, scorpion fish, brunettes and seahorses.
Take the step! You should not worry about anything, just enjoy the experience. An experienced instructor will accompany you during all the activity.
You will receive a detailed but brief explanation of the material you will to use, instructions on how to breathe with total peace, how to equalize the ears and how to communicate with signs under water.
