Good weather begins and we jump into the water with the first jet ski routes from l'Estartit. How long awaited! The sun heat that fills us with strength and pushes us to enjoy outdoor activities. What could be better than take advantage of this energy and go on a jet ski tour on Costa Brava.
We left behind the port slowly but with great excitement, wanting to cross the breakwater and go out to the big blue. In front of us we find the majestic Medas Islands, a protected National Natural Park. Awesome! As we get closer, the walls of the islands' cliffs rise more and more and the water turns turquoise and crystalline. Reducing the speed we appreciate all underwater life. Wow!
After the tour of the Islands, while observing everything that is within our sight, the instructor gives us a signal. It is the signal that there is no speed restriction! Full speed, we head towards Roca Foradada, a marine cave open at both sides. Along the way we find small creeks hidden along the cracked cliffs. Speed and beauty landscape.
We are approaching to Roca Foradada. What will natural rock steep walls have that leave us so stupefied? Without leaving our astonishment we are ready to cross the cave. Waves, sea’s fresh smell and the birds that accompany us when crossing, make this moment magical.
Direction l'Escala, we get carried away again by the adrenaline of driving a jet ski. How beautiful the village looks from the sea. We stop to enjoy the views and the sun, and also rest our arms a little bit.
We turn around. We will appreciate from another point of view the landscape that we have contemplated when coming. Costa del Montgrí doesn’t stop marveling us.
And we arrived again at l’Estartit’s port. Our heart beating endlessly and a big smile from ear to ear.
